As Project leader representing India, I led the 5-member cross-functional team comprising of Chaitanya Joshi (technology), Harsh Paliwal (strategy), Prabath Kuzhikkat (design), and Vatsal Dujari (finance).

We presented our idea at the global finals of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School's flagship sustainability competition India Impact Challenge 2021, powered by Quantum Advisors India.

The Team designed the Triple-Impact Residue Fund as an innovative financial solution to tackle climate change. It is a viable, hybrid-blockchain-backed, community-driven, dynamic financing solution for in-situ & ex-situ crop-residue management to counteract the adverse planet, people & profit impacts resulting from the burning of agriculture residue in India. They laid out an end-to-end roadmap for the pilot launch of the fund in Haryana and Punjab after concept testing with key stakeholders.

We are currently iterating the POC basis inputs from investors and key stakeholders, post which we would strive to get the fund rolling in pilot states of Punjab & Haryana.
